How quickly time moves... After enjoying a quiet start to 2017, we have begun to gear up for a busy Spring season, including a tour of Southern Colorado and Northern New Mexico in early April. We love traveling, as most musicians do, and we cannot wait for the adventures that lie ahead.
Recent highlights for us include performances at the R Bar in Fort Collins, Vail Brewing Company, and The New Sheridan in Telluride. We felt warmly welcomed by all of our new friends, and we promise we shall return as soon as possible.
In one of our biggest shows to date, we performed to a crowd of nearly 600 people with our friends The Gasoline Lollipops (www.gasolinelollipops.com) and Kid Reverie (www.kidreveriemusic.com) at The Fox Theater on Valentine's Day. The energy of the crowd was palpable that night - love was definitely in the air, and that connection with the audience really brought out the best in each of us. Be on the lookout for some terrific video of this night soon! We would like to extend a special thank you to Mile High Underground for their videography (www.milehighunderground.com), Courtney Nicholson Paine for her beautiful photography (www.wildernessgems.com), and especially to all of the amazing staff of The Fox Theater. Congratulations on 25 years of live music! Boulder would not be the same without you!
And thanks to each of you who shared these special evenings with us. You give us faith to keep moving, to keep working and pushing ourselves to be better, not just as musicians and performers but as your friends, partners, and members of your community. Thank you!
